It arrived in a v large box, so it clearly got shook up in the box in transit. The packer at Amazon is terrible. But it feels as if the product is in one whole piece so I'm happy. Arrived quickly but sad to see, like many others, the outer sleeve damaged despite the packaging from Amazon being undamaged.

some things are bitter sweet as they say. It’s Cadbury’s chocolate so no more to be said, it’s the best. Not happy . No returns allowed so guess I’ll have to keep it and buy something else for them….

not happy. It’s just a shame that it came damaged so I am unable to gift as intended. Obviously I'll be buying again but this is terrible packing! How it is going to be in one piece if it's angled across a box 75mm too short, at least it broke along the chunk line.
