Creativity and uniqueness aside, something that cannot be understated is the quality of the recipes - they are all dialed in, every recipe has weights for everything, and if you follow it, it's pretty much guaranteed to be a winner. Cooking these recipes is so exciting, I would never had thought of them otherwise so definitely worth it. I love that it’s split in the more every day cooking and recipes that take more time, and the book itself also looks lovely displayed on my shelves which is a nice added bonus!

They are exciting and packed with flavour but are unpretentious. It’s a real mish-mash but lovers of big flavours and Mexican , South American, Italian and chilli won’t be disappointed.
