The media could not be loaded. I am very pleased with my purchase the iPhone 8 arrived on 17th Nov a day earlier that expected and it in perfect condition with no marks from previous use with battery charging to 100% as can be seen in the photo.

I was hesitant on buying a renewed iPhone but with Amazon’s 12 month warranty & reading the reviews I thought I would place the order. Update: Working absolutely fine. I'm still sure they sent me a brand new phone by accident. Extremely pleased with my purchase as I have had a iPhone 5s for a few years.

The battery life on my old 5c iPhone was definitely diminishing & I would have bought a new battery but the iOS didn’t support an app I needed so took the decision to buy a replacement and I’m very pleased I did. I’m definitely going to buy again for my other sons birthday in May 😁 Thank you.

(Incidentally, I love the wireless charging feature on iPhone 8 up). I didn't want to shell out £800 or so on a new phone and I didn't want to enter into a new contact (I'm very happy with my current SIM only provider). I had a one yr warranty and they were brilliant, they changed the battery and sent it back 2 me within 10days updating me all the way by email. I don't feel under pressure to pack the latest upgrade but something needed to be done when the battery life started dropping out.
