Along with more exercise, I attribute the fact that I LOST weight (about 2 stone! My family are impressed and I’m really enjoying creating these delicious meals! These recipes are so easy, nutritious and flavoursome that I now basically just select 7 dishes out of this book for our weekly shop. Hundreds of possibilities.

I also like that it is split into recipes for when you’re in a hurry / when you have slightly more time / when you want to go slow. No fancy ingredients that you've either never heard of or need a second mortgage to pay for!

A very well layed out book. This has made my life easier, meals tastier, with no stress. Not enough protein: people leaving this complaint clearly do not know what foods contain protein. I like the central pages with a mix and match charts for creating your own tins.
