Well formatted with lots of short chapters making it easy to pick up between meetings. Haven’t quite finished this but an excellent management book for leaders. Marquet describes how changing the mindset within his submarine transformed the crew and turned the lowest rated sub into the highest rated - and how you can apply those principles in your own life and with your own team.
