How to use: Tip: For a pastel effect, mix ¼ part Colour Depositing Mask with ¾ parts Moroccanoil Hydrating Mask Light to soften the colour result. Colour results and longevity also depend on hair porosity. Distribute evenly using a wide-tooth comb. Rinse thoroughly. The lighter the hair, the more vibrant and long-lasting the shade. - Leave on for 5–7 minutes, depending on desired intensity.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Start by choosing a small piece of hair to test, ideally one that’s mostly hidden when your hair is styled normally.
- Before committing to a full head of colour, we recommend conducting a strand test first to assess the level of colour deposition.
- Distribute evenly using a wide-tooth comb.
- Apply Color Depositing Mask on the strand and leave on 2–3 minutes.
- Start with clean, towel-dried hair.

Lilac color, easy to use. Immediately better but my roots still looked a little orange so I did a shadow root technique, left on for another 15 minute, and rinsed.

Tried a few different products to keep the copper topped up and this has been amazing! As you can see the colour did begin to fade throughout the first day and a purple tint did begin to appear.

Note: even good stylists can make mistakes or forget to warn you about potential interactions between treatments. This product is perfect if you want to trial a hair colour before committing to a permanent dye. I used cocoa shade to test if I wanted to commit to going brunette.
