There's a trigger on the handle to release the hot soapy water as you need it. Initially the cleaner did not work and no water was coming out, this was because I had put the long handle in wrongly and not lined up the holes, but once pushed down and correctly screwed in it all worked excellently. Hope this review helps your decision.

Honestly was hesitant after reading the reviews but I dont think it gets enough credit. It is loud but it's not really an issue.

My carpets are so clean now and smell so nice. Once assembled with the cleaning detergent in, I would say it is easy to use, not too heavy to push but a little heavy to lift. Highly recommend and good price. The motor socks up the soapy water from the carpet.

The handle then slots into the back panel and that is secured with the final screw. The media could not be loaded. I don't like the back lever/foot pedal, it felt a bit flimsy as if I was going to break it when stepping on it, and I've docked a star for that.

I bought this carpet cleaner not expecting it to be very good after all the bad reviews but I went ahead and got it anyway as I needed something to clean the carpets that were already down in the home I just moved into that were there temporary til I get my new flooring down and all I can say is wow!

Easy to use and does a great job. Out of the box there are only really 3 parts to this and then 3 long screws taped to the handle.

You need to screw handle in with screws provided. Does a fantastic job and is a little embarrassing what the water colour looks like afterwards. What an amazing cleaner it has brought every carpet back up looking brand new and smelling so fresh as you can see from the photo I took of a before and after I am really pleased with this product it’s one of the best things I’ve ever bought it sucks up so well there was hot chocolate stains on the floor and god knows what else but they all went with this cleaner one happy customer Thanks for reading.
