I think a salve with self help, helichrysum and chamomile would be ideal. One review I had read was a person had taken a picture of page 151 (the picture I posted) and there was a picture of poison hemlock in the upper right corner. Will make identifying these plants a lot easier.

You put a lot of work into it. I just got my book (June 2022) and I flipped to 151 to see if it was there and nope its not its Yarrow (as you can see in the pic). I learned about a plant I’ve never heard of before called self-help.

It doesn’t just tell you what herbs are needed but it also gives you many ways on how to use herbs in your life, such as tea’s, powder, oil, how to grow them, etc. I love there are more than one picture of the plants & the pictures are in color. Im not sure if they fixed the issue(s) they may have had or what was up but my book is correct. It has so many reasons why to use this herb for and this herb for that.

I used to work in a library and we used packaging tape and would seal the edges and spine so that lots of use wouldn't hurt the paperback books, I did the same with this one (just a tip). So I am fairly new to plant identification and herbal remedies. It has helped out so much and has literally an herb for any and everything. It's alsonexplained in a way that is easy to understand which has made me more comfortable trying new things, like the amaranth gargle on page 152.
