Really helps me keep cool as my medication makes me really hot! I'm not quite sure if it cools you down, but it does the job of wiping sweat from your head and body. These are amazing, they stay cool for hours, you just soak in warm water, wring out and shake. Great for cooling down after doing some sport.

The length and width will cover the head and shoulders if just draped over yourself, long enough to tie around the head securely and use an absorbent sweatband. Arrived on time and JUST in time for this huge heat wave. As it’s a looped thread all the way round It can easily catch and snag so I do not recommend threading it through the provided metal belt loops without also using the bags. Then just put it on or in the sealable bag.

Then thats it, its so simple it stays cool if get a warm patch just give it a shake. These enables the towel to be wet in advance of going out for exercise and easily carried. One side is very brightly coloured and looks polka dotted, the reverse side is much darker and plain. I don't know what I would have done without this absolute GEM of a purchase!
