You must try the sticky mango paneer skewers. Nicely written, lovely colours and pictures. We have made four of the meals already and they are delicious and easy to make. This book is rammed full of amazing & original Indian recipesDefinitely one of my new favourite go-to books :)

Nice to see a variety of recipes from a different region in India Highly recommended for an addition to all cookbook collections. Fabulous Christmas present. Bought as gift and edges are damaged because of UPS. Lovely cookery book.

Not something I've ever done or seen but straight the way took me back to being in India. The media could not be loaded. Amazing smell when you put the coal on curry. Love this book, have made several dishes already including the potato and chick pea chaat pictured!

Just ordered this and I’m very excited to try out these recipes! Pleased with cook book. Didn't want to give such a bad review that it would effect the authors hard work because the recipes look amazing! Just made home made chapattis and Coal smoked Aubergine curry.
