They've always been incredible fast and willing to help with replacements etc. Good quality packaging box with a set of instructions, USB-C charging cable, spare / alternative silicone ear covers with different sizes and a lanyard that means you can hang the charging case around your neck when out and about I guess. Big mistake. II got immediate responses from their team for a technical query, and they really went above and beyond to help me out.

Sound quality is impressive, offering a clear and balanced audio range. If there's one downside it's the size of the charging case that the earbuds store and charge in which is a little larger than some of the other ones out there. Sound quality is really good and blocks out surrounding background noise effectively. Being on the bread line, I thought I would replace them with cheaper ones. It's OK for me to inflicted that on passers by, but it is not great for me to hear myself as boy, I REALLY can't sing 😀😃😄😁😆I love this bread and this product.
