Condiments such as doubanjiang and yellow bean paste pop up in quite a few recipes but they aren't hard to get hold of these days. Sadly it arrived damaged (as seen in picture) but will be getting a new one sent out by Amazon shortly! Wow!

Only a simple recipe with 5 ingredients but really delivered on taste i added a drizzle of sesame oil at the end and it was sublime we both said I'll have to make that again. Flicking through each page my mouth was literally watering, I want to cook every single recipe.

Don't let that put you off as there's also loads of recipes that use basic store cupboard ingredients everyone will have in already. If you like cooking Chinese food and haven't used any of his books before I highly recommend it you won't be dissappointed. I've made 1 already in the pic is the chicken thighs roasted in oyster sauce omg I cannot tell you how tasty they were !

Some reciles can be found in hos other books but i dont mind that as theres plenry new 1s too. My mouth was watering reading through it and I already have a huge list I'm going to cook. Can't wait to get my cook on 😋🍜
Can’t wait to get stuck in. Well written recipes (in English, of course), and so I recommend the book to those who love to cook, but the cover arrived a bit bruised, it would have been better to send it with a slightly stiffer package, for this reason I'll put one star down. Some recipes I'll need special ingredients for online bit once I have them there's loads you can make with them.
