Packaging is eco - pretty purple paper box/card tube. They are on the expensive side for just one months supply which I feel is the only downside Happy with the product and would buy and recommend. I was suspicious but after trying them two days in a row, I have 0 problems falling asleep and I sleep like a baby all night long.

60 capsules, 2 to be taken 20 minutes before the bedtime or upon waking up at night. I like pukka teas and especially the evening ones but if I drink them too close to the bedtime I keep waking up visiting the loo.

Good capsules to be taken 20 minutes before laying down to bed. They are even better than the magnesium for the sleep and relax which I tend to take in the evening. Inside the capsules are in a silver sachet.

Pukka make quality teas that are found in most supermarkets and are lovely tasting. I find these capsules great (stronger than just tea) and they work well for me. The media could not be loaded.
I wouldn't have ever thought it, but they actually work. These supplement for night time contain the natural plant products for sleep health.
It’s early days but I do think they have helped. I sleep well and feel peaceful, not completely knocked off so I can actually remember my dreams.
When opened you can really smell the valerian root. Containing Ashwagandhe that research has shown to relieve stress and anxiety and Valerian that many studies have reported it increases GABA a neurotransmitter that inhibits unwanted nervous activity, these two plus some other herbs should help you fall asleep more easily and have a good quality sleep. Made using organic herbs and all in vegan friendly capsule.
