The rotating heads are really great the steamer is light and Mano red so easily, makes the floors look clean and fresh. The device is a little heavy but not overly so. Nice and easy to operate using the instructions provided and isnt hard to clean the pads either.

I was really nervous to use this product initially as there are some types of hard floor it is not suitable for but has been fine in my bathroom and kitchen so far. With this product it has taken a lot of the manual work away making it much easier along with achieving much cleaner results.

The media could not be loaded. Very easy to use and does a great job. I'm currently 27 weeks pregnant so tasks like mopping have become more difficult.

The only reason I have knocked a star off is because I do think it is a little pricey. Really easy to use and the versatility of this cleaner is the best we have had. I was shocked at how dirty the pads were after cleaning what I thought was a relatively clean floor. This is my first steam mop so I have no reference for comparison however I am immensely impressed with it's performance.
