Got this for my dad for Christmas, he’s already started using it which is good, this will be tomorrow’s dinner. I had a lovely slow cooked meal at a family get together over Christmas and decided to get involved in the slow cooker revolution. I love this slow cooker!

So far I've had slow-boiled ham that melted apart, beef casserole that was to die for, and chicken provencal which tasted like how I imagine food in heaven tastes. ! Move. Everybody needs a slow cooker in their lives!

The versatility is amazing, I can cook a meal in a handful of hours on high heat, or throw things in in the morning, add water, set to low and then 8 hours later, dinner is ready and waiting! This is great for when you have a busy as heck life like I used to, but also great for me now, I'm heavily disabled and standing at a hob for more than a minute is dangerous and impossible for me, so I just throw some frozen mince and veg in in the morning, half an hour before tea time, I add sauce, stir and set to high with the lid off to thicken it up a bit, it's so versatile and I love it! Tastiest. Amazing!
Genuinely amazing! I'm completely sucked in now - I've prepped about 10 freezer bags of meals (each bag = 2 nights of dinner at a time) and all I need to do is defrost one overnight, chuck into this with some stock/gravy and by the time I've done a shift and got home, I've got an amazing meal after very little effort.
Looks sleek and stylish, love the red You can hob cook with the inner pot, which is great, as I love to caramelise onions and fry certain things, especially carrots, i love grilled and fried carrots, but hate boiled!
