They mark her journey back to health and freedom. I didn't realize then how ill she was and how many chances I’d have in a few short months, to watch her journey from sick bird to free flight. They eat, drink, sleep, mate and gather their nesting materials on the wing, fly thousands of miles across the world, navigating their way around storms, never lighting on tree, cliff or ground, until they return home with the summer. I have seen peregrines in the wild; they move with a speed that marks them out. It's a treacherous journey across land and sea and there's a storm coming . Mounts are 75mm wide around all edges.
