Highly recommend. An excellent read for those who want to understand more not only about addiction to pornography, but about addictions in general. The author covers the science of the issue at just the right length. With the exception of minor damage to the back of the book, it came in great condition.

Vocabulary can sometimes be a bit difficult for those who don't understand much about psychology or psychiatrists (as in my case), but nothing that prevents them from understanding the message. Given todays level of addiction among the public this book should reach every individual I will have my children read this when they are old enough.

So if your a Christian, there are swear words in the testimonials. And there are a lot of first hand accounts. It will definitely improve your personal life, sexlife with your partner and will improve overall health. This book can change the way you look at your behaviour, porn is a rule changer in our society however no one talks about it, it's a taboo.

I recommend this book to anybody concerned about porn and it’s effects. I took me about three days to read the book. The important point about this book is that it is not based on religion and spirituality and hence will not force you into guilt and further addiction.
