Update: contacted Spigen and they are sending me a new ring. Really solid and good quality, as expected from Spigen. Excellent material and veru sturdy. I had a hard time removing the thing with my hand, needs lots of pressure for two fingers.

to have the kickstand portrait vs. You need to use your judgement in placing the thing correctly on the phone. There were 2 stickers supplied, they are real strong doublesided stickers.

Sturdy, strong adhesive, and very Hardy, had this on my old galaxy s8 for 2 years and I have just taken it off with a bit of rubbing alcohol, and used the extra sticky pad which came with it to attach it to my new s21 ultra. The case it's attached to here is a slippy TPU one, and it works great with no sign of coming loose whatsoever. 1) it's compatible with magnetic phone holder/mounts.

It works great. The color at the edge of the ring is wearing some but not enough to make it look unacceptably bad in my opinion, but I attached a photo for you to be the judge. Follow the instructions to the letter and the ring thing will NOT fall off. It should hopefully last another 2 years and more.

I haven't had another with this flat of profile before and it's nice that it doesn't protrude from my phone very much. It's very useful when watching a movie or a video as i use it as a stand too. And finally, it acts as a base to firmly hold the phone to my magmount holder in the car.
