Love it! Have to say though this is one of the best books I have for working out what to do with whatever's in my fridge and so far I've shaved a lot of time off everything using a rice cooker, air fryer and microwave 👍 Super simple easy recipes, genuinely uses store cupboard basics (if your anything like me this avoids buying specific ingredients that you use one/twice and bin a year later). Favourites so far include the baked gnocchi with mozzarella and the five-spice duck with wild rice, kale and ginger (my attempts at both pictured) and we loved the lamb flatbreads, sesame and ginger meatballs and salmon with giant couscous.

My mum is celiac (gluten free) and most of the recipes are easy to substitute ingredients for GF alternatives (e. The best thing is it’s all done in a roasting tin and your oven does most of the work for you. A life-changing book I love it. I can’t wait to get started making dishes for my family from this lovely book.

Perfect for families or celebrations. This book is heavy on usable recipes that demand to be made. There's lots of options here, but our favourites in a household of veggies are; Baked gnocci (crispy and chewy) and many of the pulses recipes. It’s packed full of delicious recipes ranging from fish, chicken and veggie feasts to roasts, grains and sweet treats.

Love this book, will be trying more in the series! I'd never thought of cooking couscous in the oven - or rice for that matter - but it works beautifully - everything has been delicious!

And the gorgeous Lord Lofty photography makes it all look so easy. The picture is a recipe from the book with potatoes added. She tells me that they all loved it. The media could not be loaded.

Everything we've made has been absolutely delicious. Some great variations but the same principles. All the recipes are simple and result in minimal washing up, and the book is really nicely laid out with different sections (meat, fish, veggie feasts, grains, fruits, cakes etc) with infographics at the beginning of each section giving cooking times so you can play around with the recipes. She was really pleased with it and planned to use it straight away.
