The only negative comment I would have is that the container is tiny and also a funny shape. Maybe they are saving on packaging? We live in the South in a very hard water area so our toilet often needs a good clean due to the limescale that builds up. The product is expensive but does work.

Firstly, I boil a filled kettle and put the boiled water down the loo. ) Quite difficult to get a spoon in the container. The last time I ordered this product the tub that came was huge and lasted me ages so I was quite surprised when this very small container arrived.

It really works. I do this twice and then I put an amount of this in the water, stir it in the water and leave it overnight. This product is easy to use.
