This books is spot on. The author got the balance right.
He has a clever way with his words. We like that one of the main messages in the book is kindness, something we have been struggling to teach our two little ones with. This book has helped!
Our little girl is 9 years old and she finds the characters hilarious. The text addresses everything from online/remote schooling, panicking buying in supermarkets, social distancing and the difficult topic of bereavement, all from a child's perspective.
