I constantly have split ends and it's all very brittle and thin. The grill at the back is hot pink and there's some gold and black detail for the buttons and decoration and the lee Stafford logo is on the side in gold. The bottom dial is the speed dial and has 3 choices, Off, medium and fast.

:-) I'm not a hairdryer expert by any means, I've never owned a hairdryer previous to this one (I've only ever really used the hairdryers you find in gym and swimming pool changing rooms) but I'm really happy with the job it does.

It has the standard three heat and speed settings but it is very powerful on all of the force settings. That's not to be sniffed at and I'd highly recommend it. The handle is a great shape and is easy to hold and also, did I mention it's pink? The control are easy to reach when drying with one hand and brushing with the other, They are at the bottom of the handle.

It came with instructions and I was sent info to set up the warranty which is always a bonus. From the moment I opened the box and investigated the contents I was impressed. Ignoring that, it's a decent hairdryer.

Considering that the product is aimed at teenagers, I'm surprised that the instructions are filled with disclaimers about the need for supervision of children and mentally ill people, and long lists of Do's and Don'ts (as if any teenager obeyed when told what to do or not to do). The cold air setting broke on my old hairdryer and so I'm very happy to have a new one I can use!

It doesn't seem to go crazy wild static like with my old hairdryer and now I don't always have to straighten my hair because I'm happy with how it looks just from hair drying! I mainly put this down to the coconut oil infusion that this hairdryer has. I've always had frizzy wavy/curly hair and love the straight and sleek look and so over many years constant straightening and hair drying has left my hair even more frizzy and unhealthy. There's also a cool option, though that doesn't seem to do anything other than the low temperature setting.

(It probably does, it just eludes me. After I styled it I said to my other half does my hair look any different and he said "have you used a different conditioner it looks really shiny"So there you have it, its pretty to look at, light to hold, easy to use and helps my hair look great. The customer service sent the emails and seemed very helpful and willing to support in any way if there was issues.
