The large water tank holds just over a ⅓ of a pint/220ml so I can steam my way through a large pile of laundry & the filling door opens right up to allow easy access without water going everywhere. I ended up have to move the ironing board closer to the counter top. The media could not be loaded. & taught me to do it at an early age.

A very nice and easy to use iron:Pro- 4 quick to adjust steam settings- Ceramic plate- Calc-Clean takes concerns away from user- Doesn’t drip- Good steam boostCon- Light weight means having to use a lot of pressure on some items like heavy denim (despite steam boost)- Very, very short mains cable for an iron (they seem to get shorter every year) no one likes to use an extension lead where water is usedOverallA good iron for the majority of home users Those are really the only negatives I could find.

Luckily I live in Scotland so the water is soft, no horrible limescale build up, though the iron does have a "Calc Clean Slider" to deal with that. The rest of the iron is great though. My father was Ex- R. It allows you to get into tight spaces like between close set buttons, narrow seams or zips.
