The media could not be loaded. I wasn't sure which end went to the front. I called to ask for replacement caps in case the issue was the wrong caps - there were two packages with different labels, but the items inside were the same.

Some discoloration in a few spots that I was able to touch up with a furniture marker. As long as you follow instructions and use the hook in the back to secure in place, product is pretty sturdy.

Half of the pieces weren’t labeled though which was a little frustrating. The sides of the unit had scuff marks right out of the box (that's my only complaint) color is nice and its practical for our needs.

Surprisingly holds plenty of storage! Took way longer than the 90 minutes assembly instructions stated, probably about 3 hours!
