The media could not be loaded. Its comes nicely packed in a mid-sized box and as soon as I took it out I could feel it was high quality straight away, the outer core feels strong and well made and its got weighty metal fittings on each end that again feel like great quality. I would the way it is built and the materials used.

I’m obviously unsure as to how the outer fabric type cover will wear over time and whether it will develop tears. It is not cheap, but clearly well made, so I have every confidence it will live up to my expectations.

Wow doesn't do justice to this product. I’ve owned multiple hoses in the past and they always kink and end up with a ton of micro holes spraying water everywhere, this Tuffhoze is exactly what I needed! I am guessing that over time it will become grubby, but then, so do most hose pipes. But for now it will be kept under cover and out of the elements.
