honestly I can't fault it. From experience I knew this brand would give me a reliable and long lasting use. It has a removal tank, a decalc system and a retractable cord. Broke our last one in a fit of rage at the limp amount of steam it produced and the frequency of it getting clogged and reducing performance.

My new steam generator arrived today and I am back in love with ironing! Super easy to return that was Monday … new iron arrived today. I have a new one that when you press for steam water leaks all over clothes.

. Omg… I can’t begin to tell you how many steam irons I’ve had but this is the best one. Easy setup - newer model than the one we had — setup straight to LINEN ironed the sheets and duvet cover … no issues happy so far The unit itself it hefty but the iron is light and glides beautifully.
