Absolutely love this DVD set! I was so excited to get this since Netflix no longer carries friends :’( I opened it and everything was sealed nicely all tight no cracked cases or DVDs so I was so excited thinking that the bad reviews were wrong like always Which in that aspect they were! It's more than just a collection; it's a time capsule of unforgettable moments that will have you hitting "play" again and again.

I cannot yet confirm that all disks play well. ! Another Update, IPulled out my old DVD player and it plays full screen, it’s old from 2011. Just received the DVD set in the mail this week!

One last point I want to make. Features of note:I believe each season (not episode necessarily) has an optional voice over feature with commentary from the 3 writers of the show offering insight and tid-bits about the show. But I can’t with the Black blocks on the side not fitting to my screen! The last disk of each season has a friend's trivia feature built into the menu.

THIS SET, however, offers the uncut version of the show which is also what was offered on on the original DVDs of the seasons which were available for individual purchase. Problem solved! It's a show piece.

So glad I finally got it and in a super price! ) A lot of very funny content and great lines are extracted throughout each episode in these shortened versions. If you love Friends you should really buy this set! Comes in two boxes .
