i also really appreciated the list of tools and common staple ingredients that run throughout the book. One of the best cook books i’ve come across. I’ve been following Callum on Instagram for a while and when he says the recipes take 20 mins they really do!

The steps are simple to follow, however you may or may not like the humour, personally I do. not something all vegan recipes books take into account. i highly recommend the Salvador Dhali 😋👌

Astonished!

There are menus at the back which take all the hard work of having to think of what to cook all week. Unbelievable price for a cookbook with so much to offer. the book is quintessentially calum. There's no long recipe lists or loads of method steps, those types put me off even trying 😄You won't regret buying this fantastic book.

It's perfect for anyone wanting quick, simple recipes using plants only. Some of the recipes are a little heavy on the fats, but in general are filling, so I can only eat a small portion anyway.

this book is for you if you’re teetering on becoming plant based or already a seasoned vegan! i love how the book is separated with enough recipes in each section. As well as being easy to follow and very reasonable to make price wise, it’s very funny so makes for an enjoyable read.
