So yeah, plenty to miss about those days. I love the book itself, but I got pre order and I assume first run on printing. There was the printing on page 102 that others have mentioned but apparently that may have been deliberate. It was just disappointing.

Talked with Kindle tech, reloaded twice. There photos are of course perfect, and the typesetting is a beautiful addition to the touching and often comical content.

For example, page 102 No time to be disinterested these days! but then I saw the pics of the hardback and knew this was a kindle error. I am very happy with my order and have ordered another copy for a friend.
