Benriner
Le Creuset signature round casserole in the colour coastal blue as seen on Nigella At My Table series 1 episode 1, where Nigella Lawson is back with a series packed with simple recipes full of complex flavour. In this first episode, Nigella shares new discoveries like her Turkish-inspired eggs, as well as old-fashioned favourites including the aptly named queen of puddings. For times of urgent need, there are her emergency brownies, and she finds a new use for a spiralizer. The Benriner brand is favoured among world class chefs and home cooks alike, known for their incredibly sharp blades that are hand-finished which deliver the perfect slice every time. Benriner have been producing some of the world's best Japanese mandoline slicers and kitchen equipment since founder Uyuki Yamamoto created his first radish slicer in 1940. Benriner Mandolines are an incredible tool to have in your kitchen, slicing vegetables with incredible precision in a fraction of the time it would take to chop with a knife. For a relaxed get together around the table, Nigella rustles up a gloriously simple chicken and pea traybake.

I had no issues with the suckers as you don't need to put much force on to get it to work. I'm very pleased with mine. I love my spiraliser!

I've made potato latkes and butternut squash added into stir fry, as well as lots of cool salads- cucumber, carrot etc. I love the results, it's helping me eat much more courgette, which I love, and I've tried all sorts of other veg too.

I've been spiralizing cucumbers, corgettes and carrots perfectly fine and easy. I date say that if you are heavy handed it would break but I didnt have any problems. The suction cups fix the appliance to the countertop and it is very safe.
