I strongly recommend mounting the camera under a eve or in shaded area away from direct rain for 2 reasons. Would recommend So far in Summer it is keeping the camera going nicely, my other rechargeable wireless camera needed recharge every 3-4 weeks instead.

Hopefully the solar panel will provide all the power I need , the camera can be charged using USB cable if needed , the WiFi connection must be 2-4GHz and the camera up to now is good and I will update soon . g. Been looking for a while for a battery camera I could put on the side of the house but be able to swing round and check the back too, this popped up on prime day so I ordered it and I have to say I am very impressed, picture quality is great, installation easy and has the added benefit of the solar panel for keeping the charge topped up.

Download the app, split my wifi signal so the 5ghz was out the way and then told the app to add device. great little.
