The booktrail
I’ve always really liked the character of Helen Grace who leads from the front and faces challenges straight on. In this, the eighth novel in the DI Helen Grace Series, we meet a new member of Helen’s team DS Joseph Hudson, an ambitious and committed young man who is also handsome and very fit. Other new characters really gave it that edge and moved things along nicely. If you are put off by the back history of this series I can assure you this novel could easily be read as a standalone novel.
