Very comfortable, the massage pillow is very effective and the support is great for my bad back. Product was put together by myself, and upon inspecting all parts for damage I saw that the material was ripped in two places. There's nothing that's bad about this chair.

What I got was 3 small and 10 large so incomplete They are the best. I think assembly should definitely be a two person job however I think I did OK on my own! Chair looks great but I didn't receive the right parts instructions say 2 small screws 12 large screws.

Nice chair to sit in and game but the back rest had 4 holes on 1 side where the screws are meant to go looks like the got where the metal screw holes are wrong the first time and just put another 2 holes in the right place after is a bit disappointing but can't see them once set up I am very happy to change my first review, I give 5 star because the chair is very confortable and nice to see now is PERFECT .

Very pleased. The customer service is the best, the guys contact me and send me the new piece immediately after Christmas holidays. Still nice after a couple of hours at work though 😊 The massage isn't really anything else other than vibrations in the bottom pillow.
