It was amazing! I spent so long researching and reading reviews and finally decided on this one. So worth getting a velcro zip net which are easily available on Amazon and cheap, or you can do what i've done and get a piece of clear acrylic cut to size, that slots into the casement, with a hole cut in for the extractor hose to clip into. Makes one room in your house a sanctuary of coolness.

Set up is very simple, delivery was very quick, and product was extremely well packaged. Totally sorts out a stuffy room, in my case my home office.

It’s 28oc out today and a steady 18oc inside. I was really dubious that it would work under canvas in 39 degrees heat. I just had to remove the letterbox to expose the hole and a bit of craftiness made it all come together nicely. Looks very discreet in any room, its smaller than you expect as well.

Like many UK homes, we have casement windows - this unit comes with a mechanism for sliding windows only. Took a punt on this as it's new and had no customer reviews. It doesn't disappoint.
