Little bit of water does come out while you are threading it on but not enough to soak your floor and easily caught by a towel or a well placed tray. You can easily remove radiators without draining the system and also avoid the leaking with ease.

Cons - Guessing would be easy to cross thread and also wouldn’t use them to pick the rad up be worried they would snap! Great product, value for money, does the job.

Simple to use! Y person should have this tool. Along with the "Plumb Tub" to catch any drips, I was able to seal and move my radiator full of water. Carried down the stairs upside down and it is stored in the garage with no leaks.

One improvement would be a brass thread that would mean I don’t have to be so careful about crossing the treads but used them about 200 times and yet to fail me! Recommend as other products are more expensive for complicated use. When I reconnected it it worked straight away with no need to top up the boiler pressure. This is simple and basic to use.

Perfect if drained down to cap rad off to stop black sludge coming out. Should have bought more sets to enable the simultaneous removal of mor radiators. Excellent buy.

Makes removing a radiator very easy without having to empty it. Love these, been a plumbing and heating engineer for 11 1/2 years and these save so much time and are so reliable never a single drip from them and removes rads effortlessly! I would say that every plumber or a D. I.
