High quality part. - 4 page Installation Instructions in the box. Run a magnet over the air separator if it sticks the cause may be magnatite fouling.

Valve was the one thing I didn’t swap out. I watched a few Youtube videos and confirmed that this model does not require draining of the system so long as you're just replacing the "Powerhead", which is the silver metal box.

I didn't want to spend another £100 plus, so thought I'd have a go doing it myself. - Will be interesting to see how long this replacement Head lasts. House is baking hot now.
This was my fault hoping the valve was ok. Fit a mag filter to the return on the boiler and filled with inhibitor. (I'm not convinced this engineer install a brand new valve, but that's another story). uk/REGE105-REGIN-Socket-Strain-Relief/dp/B07WLKXYZH/ ) , which I was impressed with (meant that I just had to rewire the coupler, with easier access (an extra meter of cable), rather than tackle the central boiler junction box, which had difficult access and more complications).
This is usually the motor but it could be the micro switch. Excellent genuine Honeywell valve unit default shut which is important to note. - Head had 5 wires (grey one is slightly hidden in the photo).
