There appears to be 2 sizing charts, one quoting to be the most accurate and my 48 cm thigh 4” above my kneecap to be medium, fortunately I looked at the picture quoting 43cm-51cm to be large, as I had ordered large and this is just right. The side comes with two reinforcing metal rods to give sideway support, I found these to be a little too soft and I could do with them stiffer. Once the straps are on properly it is not moving anywhere.

Its very easy to put on and it gives you the possibility to adjust it how its better for you. I injured my leg going rock pooling with my daughter and in the past whenever I’ve tried on one knee splints they’ve always been made for Victoria Beckham size knees, this one fits beautifully around my chunky, swollen, sore leg. Overall i like it and it helps me a lot.

I played two hours of badminton with it on without having to adjust once. This knee brace comes with top and bottom velcro straps to go round your leg. I have found this knee support to be comfortable as long as I don’t do the Elastic Velcro straps too tight.

This NEENCA HX054 Knee Brace has been very good at reducing the strain and pain around my knee after a long day on my feet. You can not really say comfortable but when is wearing a support comfortable? The XXL size is great for my friend who has hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome, and when her leg/knee swells up, her other knee supports don't fit too well.
