It comes with 2 attachments and plenty of washers. I improved my rating because the company sent me another one. The media could not be loaded. Just buy a new metal diverter and you'll be happy with this product.

Purchased this again because me and my wife both enjoy the clean feeling this tool can give you whether it's just casual cleaning or pre anal cleaning. Please be careful and make sure you have the stream strength very low because it can be uncomfortable and do damage if not and no one wants a ER bill and hurt bum!

Met my expectations and more. All I can say is it works, but I would suggest ordering the valve suggested or go to a hardware store and get one because the one that comes with it is not very good.

After 2 more uses it was spewing and not even able to use shower until new one was attached. Very happy with the product. Ok I actually had this before but when I moved I have as in a rush and couldn't get it off so sadly I had to leave it.

It works but I wish the attachments had a more “hose” Piece to clean out the shower Awesome price, excellent value. The valve that attaches to the shower broke as I was trying to attach it to the shower head. I read some reviews that the valve is easy to replace/find, but it should not break immediately.

It comes with a adapter piece so you can not only select if you want to use the shower head or the cleaning tool. I love this, makes life sooooooo much easier especially for someone who does anal and loves being clean. Only problem was the diverter, it doesnt really work because water still comes out of the enema and the shower, and when you twist it it both turns off so you need to get a new one.
