As a researcher myself (and recovering perfectionist ;) I can only say, Brené's research is of such high quality, and whilst I can taste the many hours of blood, sweat and tears behind this book, she still manages to condense the information and findings and present it in a short and surprisingly 'easy-to-digest-eager-for-more' way - most probably thanks to Brené's fantastic humor, and vulnerable authenticity. I find I need to read a bit and let it resonate and see areas in my life where I can practice the ideas and philosophies in the book.

🙂 Book is in great condition, brand new. Honestly, I never write any reviews, but this astounding book has compelled me to write, I am just in the middle and then the author had explained such simple things so deeply, it will tell u about embracing your imperfection once u start reading it's difficult to stop. Thank you from the heart!
