Unfortunately this did not work for me and after spraying 2 pumps as per the directions it ran out of my ear canal. If i hadnt used this spray and just left it to the ear drops i think i couldve become very ill as the oil just wasnt getting to nor tackling the hardened wax at all. Indeed it was not possible to buy litre bottles of oil - or I guess then pints - as it was only used for that purpose. I imagine if there is just a bit of wax, it dissolves in the oil and is dribbled out.

The bottle top design of the one I received is different to that currently shown in the stock images above but does release a fine spray. Before trying to get another appointment with the gp ( no easy thing in these covid times as you have to wrestle the gps receptionists first! I used a camera scoop. After a few days, I used cotton buds to remove a ton of very soft wax.

This product states you don't have to tilt your head which is why i decided to give it a go. The product is expensive hence the 4 star review. 👂~ ‘For ear wax removal’A quite different product to what I usually buy, this is more effective. My son suffers with excess wax and it really bothered him, this is amazing stuff gives him relief within minutes!

I put two squirts into my ear twice a day for 3 days and then in the 4th day i was so relieved to see bits of the softened wax at the beginning of my ear canal. It's get's so bad that I actually at times do go deaf, resulting in a painful hospital procedures. It has a really pleasant spearmint smell. I read the instructions i thought to myself this is gunna take a few days.

I sprayed a little more into my ear and there was no fizzing noise, so I must be wax free. Next morning i was hearing again. It does run out of the ear but I put cotton wool balls in to keep it contained.

I literally put 2 sprays in my ear. This was purely down to the spray getting to abd softening the wax in such a short amount of time.
