Alternatively, it is a very good reference guide, whereby you pick and choose sections you need assistance with. It will become your bible in how to bring the best out of yourself and other people. If there is one book you require for progression and advancement on your coaching journey, this is the must-have, must-read, must-utilise, and go-to reference guide. Or, you can simply use the Question bags and Appendix sections.
