The seller described the book I bought as in "Used - Good" condition, with the following comments: "Expedited shipping available on this book. In fact the book I received was missing its dust jacket (the "cover"), had a stain along the upper edge of the front board, and the upper corner of the front board appeared to have been bitten off by a cat, as it was missing - torn off.

Some minor wear to the spine". So thank you for such a bargain and a treasure to keep forever, packed with all manner of recipes. Recipes start on page 18 and earlier pages give information on healthy eating and vitamins.

Other reviewers have noted that Spotted dick, Sussex Pond pudding, Apple Charlotte, Jam Roly Poly or Eve's Pudding and Chicken Maryland are missing from the 1985 edition. " So yeah, at last I have.
