Easy to set up seen the reviews and was spectacle but thought I can always send it back don't think I will I don't hear noise from it like other reviews only had it a day so time will tell but u can feel the burn especially your arms and legs can't wait to see the results key thing is to do it often and not now and again May return for an exercise bike.

Enjoying using it and can feel it works. ( only arrived yesterday) . Good cardio workout and should see results once I get more use to the different exercises to tone specific muscles. Product is as described, sadly when I opened the box it was damaged and scratched, so not sure it was someone's returned item.

Easy to make. The handle bars also arrived with marks on them. The equipment is easy to use with different levels of resistance exercises depending on which pedal you use (upper or lower).

Used video to double check how to put together. The saddle seat arrived squashed and makes it uncomfortable to sit on.

The only disappointment was no support bracket for the calorie counter etc was in the box. Easy to assemble by following videos available on Utube. Deffinately feel the burn using the upper pedal for high resistance. ****Want to add update and add another star.
