He's an absolute legend and definitely "fworthy" I’m definitely more self-aware since reading this book. Adam gets right to the point with his witty banter and if you follow his socials you will find yourself reading every word in his voice. I’ve even bought a copy for my teenage daughter.

I don't read, I'm not so good at it but with his more simple strightlaced attitude towards the English language i go ahead and click that purchase button. Read this as soon as it came thru my letterbox and finished it within a couple hours. In one evening I got to page 43 for someone who doesn't enjoy reading I clearly couldn't put this one down, I can't actually wait to get in bed tonight and read more of his never before spoken truer words. If you need to move forward and live your best life this book is for you!

I been following Adam cam on ingsta for many years he kept talking about his book alot and I was looking forward to actually buying the book. Loved the whole book… even the swearing is appropriately inspiring😉

A MUST read for everyone! You might just learn some things about yourself as did I. From its informal structure, humorous yet impactful images, lots of swear words and it's brutal but honest messages you can’t help but smile, belly laugh and possibly have a cry. It’s made me revalue my life/ friendships etc.

The media could not be loaded. The book delivers some great advice that can actually be implemented into your real life. I already did most of the hard work of healing cuts to an extent, but there was that something that just kept cropping up eating me away, beating myself up for.
