I have Hashimoto's and autoimmune symptoms and just started the 30 day plan from the book. Myers I can say first hand that her approach to thyroid dysfunction really works and this book is easy to read and filled with helpful information to help you on your journey! She includes tons of great references that back up her topics and suggestions. I have bought many books about autoimmune diseases and Hashimoto's, this one is my favorite so far.
