All told, a great buy and highly recommended. We first placed them pointing outwards (to 1 o'clock not knowing any different and the bed mode didn't work properly. They are not moving like on an ice rink, they are pretty tightly inside the metal frame and you just need to sit down slowly and carefully. Very good fast delivery, manufacture needs to check its nuts and bolts because one was missing hubby managed to sort it but for 297 pounds you excpect every bolt and nut screw etc, didn't loose any took each one out, one at a time.

I have made it a bit better by adding a locking washer to the knurled nut but still have a bit of movement. When connecting the seat to the supports that hang from the springs, choose whether to screw the bolts from outside to in, or the other way. One thing NOT clear on the instructions was the final bar at the back onto which you connect the seat's back support when putting it into bed mode.
