Smiths - The Queen Is Dead - 12" Vinyl LP Record
'The Queen is Dead' is the Smiths' great leap forward, taking the band to new musical and lyrical heights. Opening with the storming track, the album is harder rocking record than anything the band had attempted before. Curators of new and not-new music on CD and vinyl since before the internet. But well, if the disc protector that has the image of “The queen is dead” has a few wrinkles of the way, but it's still fine. The “poet” is the good Moz-Morissey, author of the texts and identity voice of the group, here still genuine and not mannered as in his continuation of a solo career.

so uhhh that’s great. Hence the 5 stars. The release date takes us back to Thatcher's socially dark years that 'justify' both the irreverence of the album's title (but the title track is the track I like the least) and the scratchy 'Vicar in a Tutu”.

Just get it, you won't be disappointed “There's a Light That Never Goes Out” is my favorite, with a text between love and death that is well suited to Morissey's ethereal and at the same time grandiloquent vocality. But no, one should be asking the company where I'm left since the tracking ID never worked.

For those who doubt whether to buy it or not, I tell them it's definitely worth it. I'm fully thankful to finally have it. Fantastic album, sounds great.

Incredible album, one of my favourite of all time; the lyrics are genius and musicianship is absolutely brilliant. One of my favourite albums of all time, it’s an absolute classic. Disappointed with a small rip on the inner sleeve. An unforgettable album for those who loved this band, an excellent album for those who do not know it but have only heard of it, an indispensable path for those who want to deepen the pop-rock of the 80s.

Great quality record. The packaging here for the vinyl version is perfect, I'm very happy with it. The music, on the other hand, is all by Johnny Marr also an excellent guitarist, although not really a head teacher.
