We are forever in your debt. Being the most important the extreme ownership which is being responsible for everything in your world. Not only is it well written, succinct and engaging, but more importantly, the lessons conveyed throughout the book are of tremendous value to anyone with open ears. This is the first review I write for a book, usually because I don’t feel incentivized to write a review but this book is so good that I felt motivated write a review.

They all make perfect sense and the book leaves you wondering why you hadn't figured them out for yourself! I think the best lesson I got from the book is to gauge how and when it's appropriate to come to conclusions on things, without the 'jumping to' part. Disclaimer - This book contains anecdotes by the authors, Jock & Leif from being in the battlefield as a U. Although it may not have been the authors' intended goal, this book has shown me how deeply wrong that view was.
