Ergonomic features are rich and really work well. But by putting it as down as possible I managed to get it in a position where I don't really notice it's hardness.

It's quite heavy and I had to drag it around between flats when moving, but I don't regret it at all. It is mostly plastic but does not feel cheap at all.

The price is still unbeatable. I can work from home all day with how comfortable is the back and seat. Since the neck rest is the most frequent thing I need to adjust, I had to deduct one star. Took 10 min!
