As far as pain, it seems to work well. Will be ordering more n more n more. Lasts a good few hours too.

Love that it's not greasy! The seller messaged me to see how it is, with more information on the product very helpful I used the gel and bought a rotator cuff brace to stabilise my shoulder joint so as to conservatively manage the pain before moving up the ladder.

I use in the day and particularly at night just before bed, I would recommend too anybody who likes too try something different, I still use my tablet pain relief but I find this works along side it nicely. I bought this as i have tried heat pads, deep heat etc, but none provide a lasting solution and merely mask the problem.
